Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Update on my HxStomp board. The riser is a Pedaltrain PTB-3. Fits perfectly and works well for hiding cables and angling the Stomp a little. The venerable Cioks DC7 underneath.

I’ve got a Broton HPF coming since experiencing using one on the Messenger was enlightening for my tone. The HX Stomp intrigues me but I’ve not got a good track record with menu dive pedals

I can understand that. I am a big fan of the Stomp, but, also love my analog stuff too (I also have a JohnK Civil War fuzz in the works that Im dying to try):

DC7 was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I used it under a metro 20 board that is for when I want to have a small board to take out (pick and choose from the library and build a small board easily) and when I am working with learning new pedals. The DC7 is so flexible and powerful and compact...really the best money I've ever spent when it comes to a power supply.

I completely agree. I always say my two best music purchases to date have not been guitars or pedals but rather my DC7 and my set of IEM's. The DC7 does everything.

Mostly Funk stuff from the 70's and 80's. Flashlight, You Dropped a Bomb,Wip It, that kind of stuff. Old vintage sounding key bass stuff, that I've been trying to sound like for years, using various filters, octaves and dirt (all seperate pedals) to chase these tones. Now they are all in one box, and actually sound like a synth, because they are a synth! And, the tones that Michael League from Snarky Puppy gets, are at my finger tips. Super excited!
Another thing on this, after listening to some of those examples, it reminded me of something I partially recorded off the radio on cassette about the same time as those examples, and I never knew who the band was but it's in the same kind of vibe, maybe a tad more Fusion-y. I'll record the bassline and what I remember of the sound, which sounded kind of Dazz-y, and maybe you or someone here will know what it is.

Bring it! I love this kinda stuff!
