Here are my Peaveys (sold the black one to a kid who got his bass stolen)

Holy crap, you have done some very interesting things with these basses!
The fancy Hot Rod paint job on the Patriot is really nice.
The carving on the mahogany Foundation is incredible.
On the other hand, the Gen 1 Fury is nice simple and punk looking.
What is on the mahogany where it got carved to make the finish look so nice?
My mahogany Patriot is a bit flat and dry and I'm thinking that Howards Feed-n-Wax wood polish and conditioner might be the right thing to make it pop.

I'm pretty sure he just varnished it. I can check with him. Thanks by the way!

Refinished Ash Patriot, refinished Maple Cirrus, Koa Unity, Sunburst T40, Tiger Eye Cirrus, and not pictured a Sunburst Fury. Wish I still had all of them, but the one's that only remain are the Maple Cirrus and Fury. I really want a Koa Dyna Bass bad!

A Foundation was my 1st Peavey Bass; bought it new for less than wholesale at Zapf's. I then got the Peavey Grind, followed by two Millenniums (a 4 & a 5 string version) I've played through a 400 Musician & then a 400 series Bass. At one point I was playing through a Peavey 1-18" reflex cab (Injun Joe - it had a Navajo-style printed cloth replacing the grill cover). I can't find pictures of that refrigerator!

Awesome basses even though I don't have them anymore. I've gone through a TKO ,Sessionbass head, Megabass head with 1516 cab, and a Tmax (best amp they ever made!). But... the 410TX has been my main cab for over 20 years.

Second bass I ever owned was a Peavey T40 back in 1981

Not sure if that is the official name of the color.

1992 Gen 3 Fury (made it into a PeaveyBird with the Thunderbird pickup mod)
