Sounds better than a Gibson anyway
It's got a 302 and it runs nice. I just gotta get it to stop. The brakes are terrible. Oh, and tires. Then it's just cosmetics from there.
Hey, gang! I managed to get my grubby little hands on a nice, black Studio 4. It doesn't have a case, though. Any recommendations on cases? Are these Thunderbirds difficult to fit?
I would think a standard Gibson T-bird case should do. I have both versions, the Studio and the IV and the cases seem identicle.

these are my two babies 
i sold my other basses and bought them a few weeks ago.
unfortunately i can´t afford an original gibson, but i´m very happy with my epiphones, as they sound really great in my opinion.
i tuned them BEAD and "thunder" is the right description...

I build this when I was 14, then I converted it to a 5 string and never finished it. Now I've got a Spector 5er so I put on the neck off my old Jazz on it today. Both pickups are wired straight to the jack because my soldering skills sucked.
