Show me your Trans Red basses

Searched but couldn't find what I was looking for. More speicifally those trans red basses with maple necks and tortoise pickguards.

I saw a trans red precision (deluxe?) bass of these the other day and it caught me off guard.

technically sunset orange, but they look red to me . . . warmoth has a trans red that is dark - I bet that looks killer, but never actually saw one . . .

Yeah sunset orange looks pretty close to trans red to me (at least in that picture).

thanks! yeah they are both torts. the P is lighter (after market) and oddly so is the paint to the p/j - both Fender stock, from around the same time . . . odd

This is a trans red Ric 4004 modified as a tribute to the original 4000, with a bit of 4002 homage added. Sorry, no tortoise pg, nor maple fret board.

This is my fantastic Skjold Lion's Pride. For obvious reasons, it's got no pickguard.

Thank you. That's an alder body with a figured maple top. The alder layer is just visible on the left, along the bevel.

EDIT: there was a trans red fender PJ bass that was sold on the TB classifieds a couple of months back that caught my eye but I have not been able to trace down the thread. It was a beautiful trans red american PJ bass (deluxe?) with a maple neck and tort pick guard. I wish I could find it.

This is the best I got. Sorry that the grain doesn't really show very well. I also have an SR5 in trans red, but no tort pickguard.

Rosewood and no pickguard, but it's definitely trans red, though it's not obvious in this photo:

Not a fan of transparent colors in general, except for red, which HAS to be transparent!

WOW really nice basses! I've seen the AC red a few times. That CS J is killer, almost walnut w/ a hint of red (at least on my monitor)- something about trans colors I just really like. totally classy . . .
