Updated my music setup again from my post above... it never ends...
I needed more space in my home office/music room for rehearsals, or just having friends over to play music. I wanted a rolling rack... but not a gig rack that I would put in a car, or travel with... which are too bulky for my office. A 12U Network rack with wheels would be perfect for home... but all I could find were racks with square holes.
I finally found a
12U Network Rack that had 10-32 round tapped holes for music racked gear during the Amazon Black Friday sale ($50 discount)...
It fit nicely under my desk, and easy to roll in the house if we want to rehearse or play music in a larger room if my office is too crowded.
We just had rehearsals yesterday, so my office pretty much is set up like what I posted above... but the rack is different. The guitar and keyboard are my kids and wife's as a place holder for the picture. Yesterday... there was a Custom Tele, and a Nord Stage keyboard there... The acoustic drums is using a Roland V-drums module and triggers... and they all sounded amazing through our IEM personal stereo mixes that we control individually through our mobile phone/devices. I used my Mac to control my mix.
