I have not posted in months....Proud to say GAS has been at bay....No changes the past 7 or 8 months!!
And just for giggles, here's a pic I recently discovered of my first Fender Bassman 100. My first "real" bass amp, long gone, but not forgotten. And not really missed.
Well, here is my newest project. Fender Rumble 500 built in to a case with a DIY 10 cabinet. Second cabinet almost finished. I really like the stainless grilles.

Yeah. ...I know. .. this stage was big enough to not have ANYONE go near my amp. ..plus the Super Bassman has a wide sealed top. .. it'd have to be a really unlucky shot to even get into the actual workings.
I never do this "drink on the amp " biz usually. .. but it was a stage as I described and a pretty tame vol gig. No vibrations going on etc etc. ..
So. ..you're right and I don't endorse this but this particular one was in the bag.

Left the pedals out since they are ever evolving.
The Avatar 1x12 just arrived today. Just plugged everything in to make sure it all works. New speakers in the old SWR 2x10 above the 1x12. Not sure if I'll go vertical or horizontal stack. I think the 1x12 will be nice as a stand alone at smaller gigs.

I am sorry that your Fender Bassman got caught in a snow storm. That must have been hell on the electronics.
Sorry, couldn't resist! Cameras were not what they are today, back then.
I'd say that the picture itself is now older than the amp was when the picture was taken. Hope that makes sense.. lol!
