Thanks for comments guys. I guess I could specify more precisely.

What is a "Leo Trio"? Is it one Fender, one Musicman and one G&L be it bass or guitar. Would they have to been built while Mr. Fender was running those companies? Should they be a Precision, Stingray and a L-2000 as they seem to be natural progressions of each other. Interested in your opinions.

To me a "Leo Trio" is a bass or guitar from each of the three companies.

A real "Leo Trio" would be a bass or guitar from each of the three companies built while Leo was running the company.

Just food for thought. Love seeing every bodies pictures, Thanks.

Yes, a "Leo Trio" would be one Fender, one Musicman and one G&L bass regardless of age.

Nice collection!

Depending on the definition of a 'Leo Trio', I have one: 64 Precision, 78 Stingray and 79 Sabre.

If a 66 Jazz, a 72 Jazz and a 79 P would also count, I guess it's two trios :cool:

I have no G&L's, unfortunately, but an L-1000 is on my wishlist.

I had the Leo Trio but never took a picture of them all together. The G&L really wasn't my cup of tea, I got it as part of a trade to give it a whirl but sold it about a month or so later.

Either way, this was mine....

Sterling 5 HH:
