Very nice jazz! BTW - you do know the "CE" sticker on the back denotes your bass as the "Coolest Example" off the line the day it was made. Play it with authority!Am. Std. Fretless Jazz

Woah mama! A Gibby in bass land! These things normally get no love here in Fender country but by God that walnut looks great! Truth be told, I love my SG as well, I just call it a Fender, so far nobody has caught on.Gibson SG Std. Walnut

Awesome! You just might win the prize for most abused rear end!

That looks sharp! I would have put money on that being a walnut neck. Warwick sure has a way with woods. My Warwick Thumb NT 5. Swamp ash back, ovangkol neck. (Front is Birdseye Poplar top and wenge fretboard). View attachment 430174
A lil bit closer now. The grain on the ovangkol is lovely with a slight iridescent quality that changes with the lighting. View attachment 430179
LOL - Had to look hard but I think you're right I do see some imperfections. I think I can see some green splotches on that natural finish.Almost forgot my Music Man Stingray 5. View attachment 430180
If you look close enough, you may notice some imperfections with the finish.![]()
Thanks! I've seen gorgeous specimens from all brands and companies, but I always thought Warwick took the cake. That looks sharp! I would have put money on that being a walnut neck. Warwick sure has a way with woods.
All I can say to these pics is
Sweet neck through!
Love the zabrano look but I've heard it's heavy, is that true? If not, I've gotta get one of these. My Corvette. Solid Zebrano body. View attachment 430272
That's a nice rear end, on that bass.![]()
M. M.

Neat, the way the grain on that maple takes a soft swirl on the lower bout to match the body shape. And yes, that is some fine Birdseye.I kind of wish they'd used this as the top, not the back---

And yes-those are birdseyes on the neck.
Not mine, but probably the best pic of back of bass I ever sawShow your (bass) backside
