Woah mama! A Gibby in bass land! These things normally get no love here in Fender country but by God that walnut looks great! Truth be told, I love my SG as well, I just call it a Fender, so far nobody has caught on.

A lil bit closer now. The grain on the ovangkol is lovely with a slight iridescent quality that changes with the lighting. View attachment 430179

If you look close enough, you may notice some imperfections with the finish.

LOL - Had to look hard but I think you're right I do see some imperfections. I think I can see some green splotches on that natural finish.

Thanks! I've seen gorgeous specimens from all brands and companies, but I always thought Warwick took the cake.

Neat, the way the grain on that maple takes a soft swirl on the lower bout to match the body shape. And yes, that is some fine Birdseye.
