What are the weaks points of simplex 112 in relation to the Jack 112 ? What will I lose if I build simplex 112 instead jack 112 ?

You will loose volume in the midrange.
Bills charts show identical performance in the low end for a jack 12 or simplex 12. The simplex is going to have a more neutral traditional sound,the jack is going to have a huge midrange boost in comparison

Yes to what Jared said. I would also add (subjectively) slightly less overall sensitivity. Mine are Simplexx 10(s) and Jack 10(s) but I think it correlates to 12.

And as the name suggests the Simplexx is a much easier build.
