That's some creative stuff there! Looks quite sturdy though. I would trust it.

Yes, but that's an awesome fix. For me, it makes that bass more valuable.

Absolutely great fix. Looks like some or most of that is the original chunks. Can’t say I’d pay more for it...but I’m kind of a Pbass guy so...

None lol...I drag photos in from the cold and share em like a dumpster cat. Sometimes I put mine. Most of mine aren't at a proper level of distress. I just like finding stuff when it pops up.

Odd/cool checking on the Hofner which makes sense with the spruce top. Love the checking on the Gibson. P on the top looks like a Nash or similar relic job (and the 70's chrome cover sticks out like a sore thumb to me...)

The old Fernanades' and Tokai's are so nice when you run into them usually. I was guessing Japan because I usually see the narrower ground straps. Looks like a great find!

It's really cool right?? Looks like maybe a Warmoth body by the truss rod route. The finish was a process too because of the clear over the weathered wood, but man oh man oh Manischewitz is it cool. Business I say.

It the grey ash/distressed red finish P the one that the ZZ Top guys had made into FCS versions? They shot pics of it and (photo) wrapped a bass & guitar with it - I saw it a while back.

I thinks it's a guys project, not CS...pirated off a FB group I'm in. I don't think it's a wrap, but could be?!? I think it's a stain, stencil for red and clear coat. Routing for truss rod on body but no heel truss rod, an fit between guard and control plate make me think frankenfender. But just a guess on it all. I have no details other than a sexy picture.
