Pretty simple but it does the job... Black and white to save printing costs!

Some recent ones I've been tweaking around. The first is an early version of a poster for this weekend (it now has a ticket price and the other band on the bill), and the second is a mock-up that I've been kicking around (so none of the info is real). The second one also now has BLACK lettering to create better contrast, cause the orange is a bit too much.

The first one is really cool! I love it!

I know this will be a dumb question, but what programs are you guys using to make these awesome flyers? I've been using word and it has tons of obvious limitations.

As usual,looking for advice from those doing it better than me!

I was in Evertheory-as bassist and graphic designer-hahaha...but the band broke up. Now I am in the band In Sepia, which by chance appears on the final version of the very first flyer with the lady's hair coming out of the smoke stack...

Technical note- I use Photoshop for the images or I just hand draw them, and then I take the art to Illustrator to make the text and any graphic changes...
