Damn, I think I just got GAS again, and I`ve allready been to the toilet....

In Norway the Mod`S are freakin` expensive. Just a basic Q-model costs more than an above-standard Warwick. Maybe I have to come over to pick one up during a holiday or something.

the way to do it is make friends with a diplomat of some kind! If you get it shipped to an embassy you dont pay VAT or import duty, which saves you about 30% in england :S

Mines in customs at the mo, should be with me in england in the next 2-3 weeks. Its a painful wait but still, well worth the investment. Have a chat to tony at planetbass.com he made the whole process really easy and saved me a few bob too.

Moral of the story is, GAS is awesome- it makes you go into the red!!! wooo!

I think you'll find that to be the case in the U.S. as well. Modulus basses are not cheap.

FWIW, here are mine. The Genesis is a fretless. I am growing to like it alot. Especially since switching to halfrounds on it. The Q5 is simply the best bass I have ever held in my hands, period. It plays, looks and sounds absolutely amazing.

This Modulus had me trying to figure out what to sell to aquire it. It almost killed me. It was hanging out at GGuitars for a while until some lucky sob finally picked it up. If it had 4 strings I would've probably caved and sold everything I had just to get it :hiding: One day, i'd love to pick one up just like this one.
