My pup is just the opposite. When we run the shower and are waiting for the water to warm up, we have to be sure to close the bathroom door or he will jump right in.

My guys aren't interested in showers, but they do love grooming my wet legs when I get out. So, they've been taught: below the knees and not between the toes!

Joshu, my wonderful pit-lab mix of many years ago, would shiver when bathed in even the warmest water. Then I took him hiking one winter and he was standing shoulder-deep in a snowmelt stream, tail wagging, no shivering.
LIAR!
We had a rescue Dobie who, one chilly day, started shivering. What with her short little fur we figured she was cold and gave her a lot of attention and cuddlewarmth.
One-trial learning - from that day forth, when she wanted attention she'd come over, make eyes at us and start shivering...
DOG: (shivers)
ME: "It's August and 85 degrees! I don't believe you!"
DOG: (I'm lonely...)

Afraid of the deep water, but enjoys hanging out on the steps to cool off after his walks.

After a good walk it's time to take a nap.

Timber woke us up early Sunday morning with his cries. He could hardly get up or walk. It was awful to see him in so much pain. It came out of no where, he was fine the day before.
Took him to the vet who did an X-ray and said he looks pretty good, though it's likely arthritis. He was prescribed a joint supplement and pain relief.
He's back to himself today, running around like a madman!
He could use a little trimming up, checkout the hacked up front leg fur
