Christmas Eve with our kids and their spouses, the grandpups were spoiled with a new bone for each of them. Happy days.

Ha, no, I said it was a "happy" day not a "spectacularly happy day."
The project bass I finished in November was my last one for awhile. What I did get is a bunch of tools. We have taken over maintenance and upkeep on the family place on Lake Superior over the last few years following the death of my father in law. He had some pretty poor tools in my opinion. And it's not a location where it's easy to just run out and get something you need. So I'm happy about those.

Four old basses under my tree! I gave up my basses on 1 March to the shipping company for my move to France. I had to wait to authorize shipment until I got my Long Stay - Visitor visa so I didn't have to pay the 30% import duty. Just received the shipment a couple of weeks ago. So "like new" to me! Especially the G&L Fullerton Deluxe Fallout, which I had bought shortly before shipment (WAY less expensive in the U.S. vs. France), so I consider it my 2021 Xmas present!Ha, no, I said it was a "happy" day not a "spectacularly happy day."

Passed out from today’s activities. Even though it was a small group (just our immediate family that lives together) due to isolation.

Christmas time at my moms tuckered him out. He has been sleeping and snoring since we got home.
My daughter and I went to the shelter on Christmas Eve and took Ron and Gloria for a walk.
Gloria was adopted that afternoon, but Ron is still waiting for a home.

She is not at all impressed with the glow in the dark experiment on my new bass, but what can you do. She prefers cheese.
My grand pups visiting on Christmas Eve. You could safely say they are spoiled! My son on the phone is not their master his older brother is.

Amy is actually allergic to dogs, so she lets them get close, but no licks. That doesn't stop her from walking dogs at the shelter every day, and playing with our own dog.That looks like it was taken a split second before a lick!
So Anyway, this was Buddy. Got him from a rescue group where he'd been returned...twice.
