I have 3 dogs, and they all do that. The steal from me and from each other. What's much worse, though, is what my Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound Ollie does at night. He takes my spot in bed (he's an under-the-covers dog like my Chihuahua) and does his nighttime grooming. I quit dating over 6 years ago. You'd think that the days of arguing over who was going to sleep on the wet spot were over. But NOOOOOOOOOO. Ollie leaves two or three on my side and moves to the other side after I finish brushing my teeth. I have to pretzel myself in to avoid the wet spots. Impossible, sometimes. Sheesh. If my wife or I get up from the couch or the recliner, Patti will jump or roll into (depending on where she is) the warm spot we've left behind. She's taken things to a new level, though. Now if I get out of my office chair, she sometimes jumps into that. Looking like the girl boss she is...

Flying would be way less stressful if they assigned you a dog upon boarding.I love this! I flew 250K-400K miles/year back when I had to work for a living, and never saw anything like this once. I'd have given up my seat in First and moved back to Business if asked. So cool!
If I found the person who did that, there would be retribution....severe retribution.
So sad what people do to animals.
