This is my new friend, Mochi. Babysitting him for a friend this week. He's so sweet.
It's funny but I think there's a lot of truth to it! If the shepherds or retrievers, or even the poodles in our neighborhood behaved like the local Chihuahuas it would be a war zone out here

My Chihuahua was a rescue from the Navajo Nation up by Tuba City. He was a stray for the first 18 months of his life. He learned to survive by LOVING people, but he's still protective of his two "brothers" 10 years later. He's a deer-head, strong as an ox and damn near as big, relatively speaking. The Chihuahuas here in France are apple-heads and less than half his size. He's the boss, and he lets them know it!It's funny but I think there's a lot of truth to it!
