How’s the diamond compressor?- I think that’s my next addition, to promote harmonics and smooth down the low boomers.
Any recommendations boys n girls?
If that's what you want, the Diamond is a good choice. I love mine but it doesn't play super well with the filter-fuzz-octave situation I've got, so I'll be moving mine along soon. But if I was looking specifically for a tone sweetener that evened things out, the Diamond would be at or near the top of the list
I also have a filter dirt Octaver thing going on, in fact I really like running flange dirt and octave simultaneously.
What do you think?
I found that the specific combination of Wonderlove with Octabvre and You're Doom in the fx loop got too flattened out with the Diamond after it, even at low compression levels, and that with the Diamond anywhere in front of the Octabvre, it turned into a Meatbox. I also wanted a little bit more all-in-one functionality, so I am replacing the Diamond and a SushiBox Slampegg X with an Olympic Mk3s.

My last mostly analog board stayed the same for 7 years before I made this compete change. I'm hoping this one works out just as well. It certainly delivers much more than I had with my previous board or thought possible from this one.

The Unit67 sounds fantastic, and that's coming from me, someone who ran the original, amazing full-size Cali76 on his board for 7 years. I grudgingly parted with the big Cali because I needed something smaller but still superb to keep the new board the way I wanted it.
The Dry Bell's included compressor settings/choices allow me to get the tones I used to set on my Cali along with a fantastic clean boost, good tone shaping for the bass and treble controls, and fantastic mid-range and sheen options from the Range (Range master-type) control. Of course, it's a one knob compressor, so it does not have the adjustability of the big Cali76, but I don't miss that because I still get the comp sound I like and much more with the addition of the boost, tone-shaping, and Range "magic."
For me, it's my always-on pedal. It's truly 3+ terrific effects in one small enclosure. Extremely well built and quiet. I am very happy with it.
For bass I only have a Zoom B1X so far (tidy, but not super exiting).

This is really smart, I've been wondering how to use the REDDI on a board. Question, so your signal chain is effects into REDDI; then through to amp and XLR out to FOH?
Yes that can be it, but I’ve never used this board with an amp. This is my ampless, need to throw-and-go setup. Using the HXS running an Ampeg SVT amp sim, an 810 IR, and into the REDDI, gets a very nice fat, warm, round, and tubey sound to FOH.

The Diamond is a real asset with controls. Good news is you can pick one up and try it out and if you outgrow it it retains its resale value. Nothing to lose!
I meant to type "simple controls". I appreciate that it doesn't have 8 knobs.

You're one of the few who seem to be using this unit. Thoughts on it? Did you ever own a Shure GLXD16 and if so, how would you compare the two?
