what is that for kind of neck? (the left one) is it a moses graphite? of just really dark wood? how does it souds?? doe you have more pics of that bass ? (the backside?)

It's wenge with an ebony board. No pics of the back, I'm afraid. The slap sound is amazing... no other way to describe it!

It (this particular bass) was reviewed in the March '04 Bass Player, though for some inexplicable reason they chose to photograph a hand-routed Peavey bass instead. I'll let the review speak for itself... I haven't played with it much personally.

I almost fogot about this bad boy. This is the 1st bass I used with Warmoth parts. It has a 78 P bass body, poorly stripped (not by me) Warmoth neck, Shaller Keys, BassLines 1/4lb PJ's & BAII.

Memories......

I love how it sticks to the top of the case.

was the body a direct copy of a Fabregues bass? that doesn't look like a standard warmoth..

Are those ABG (acoustic bass) strings? Piezo bridge? Or do they look yellow for some other reason?

They're Maxima Gold strings, so the yellow is the gold...
