It is a bass, custom built for me by Michael Dolan. 34 scale, hollow 6 string jazz bass.
Is that a watch or a wrist chain MM? I've been meaning to upgrade my chain to something similar looking of yours.

That is my wrist watch that has become much to large for me. Its a Casio G-Shock.
Ooh the shiny G-Shock. You adjusted your weight to your liking (looking good by the way), why not adjust the watch too?
