Shure wireless capsule

I'm pretty sure I have seen these capsule transmitters that click onto the bottom of a regular SM58 and run wireless to a receiver.

Am I dreaming? Anyone heard of or seen these?

Not sure if Shure makes them or not, but I've seen other brands aside from the above.

AKG and Sennhesier Both make one, shure does not. check them out, i reccomend the sennhesier one.
