Genz turned the amp around in three days. Updated the thermal circuitry, cleaned the fan and chassis, rebiased the preamp tube and cleaned the pins. Good as new! Great service, all under warranty. I'll be glad to get it back -- tried subbing an Eden Traveler and a Line 6 Lowdown and it was just not the same.
