Hey guys what do you think of running a Shuttle Max 9.2 into one Uber Quad (8ohm) and one Uber 212 (4ohm)...? Would it sound big and would the 9.2 handle the sub 4ohm total load OK.

Shuttle Max 9.2 cab choices...

I would think that a SMax 9.2 would sound great into a lot of different cabs (4ohm load minimum, though).
If you want Genz cabs, you should try a pair of GB115T-UB, a pair of GB210T-UB, or a GB410T-UB (4ohm).
A Bergantino HD112 (pair) or HD212 should work REALLY well, also.

I've been using a GB 212 Uber and it sounds great. That's a great cabinet. I just need to keep an ear out and make sure I don't accidentally blow it up, which the 9.2 could do.

Yeah, that should sound great.
I think youtube has some clips of Ed Friedland using this combination of gear.
The reason I didn't include it in the cabs I listed was the OP seemed to me looking for more volume (bigger sound, more total driver cone area).
