Signal Chain?

I know there are a few threads about this, but im unsure, so i was hoping for some advice here

so far i run

Bass >
KORG pitch black tuner
Behringer Limiter Enhancer (waiting to buy upgrade) >
Boss ODB-3 Bass Overdrive >
Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus >
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor >
Amp

I was wondering if this was the optimum order to put them in, as i find my ODB-3 has a nasty habit of making screeching noises when i turn it on in the chain sometimes, maybe i have the noise suppressor in the wrong part, but any help is appreciated, I run an active Traben bass normally through a Hartke head and cabinet half stack both 500w if that helps

No, it's debatable. I like my tuner FIRST, so it gets a clean signal, and mutes the whole board when on. The daisy-chain power supply *could* be making noise in your signal. Best advice, remove the noise makers, instead of covering it up with a gate.
