Almost always a mess. Like i said, i wouldn't touch a PTP SVT, unless it was wired by Dave Reeves himself!

Now, I won't get into any tonal benefits or that (too subjective) but in general, PCB can be easier to repair... that is, unless the PCB has a giant hole in it because your KT88 tube shorted out! :bassist:
