Silvertone Amp Covers

Do not buy from this website, you will never see your order!
I'm currently waiting for a cover for my bass amp, that I ordered 3 weeks ago. So far, every phone call has gone to answer machine (the only phone number they have is a mobile one...) No email has had any response. The only indication that anything was happening was the confirmation of payment from paypal.
I'm thinking that this might be the beginning of a long saga, all for the sake of £40 and a nice cover to protect my amp.
All I can say is; Do not order from Silvertone Amp Covers! It's not worth the hassle, and (at the rate I'm going) you'll never see your order.
If I don't hear from them soon, I'm speaking to trading standards, and the Musicians Union to try and get them blacklisted or something.
I'll keep everyone here updated, just thought I should post and let people know so they don't have the same problems I'm having.

Tukicovers has always been great for covers, great service and great covers. Sorry that you're having such a problem with Silvertone.

Tats very strange, i got a cover from them something like 10 months ago and im very happy with it.
Back then i had them on the phone and all went well, i have been trying to call them for the past few weeks and havent been able to get hold of someone!
Maybe they stopped doing business! Hope it gets sorted out!

I ordered a custom cover to my Weber head 6 months ago, no problems, good product. All communication went through mail, payment through PayPal.

finally got through to them via email, it's funny how quickly companies get back to you when you complain and threaten to get a refund and speak to trading standards.
Will be speaking to them again on monday, supposedly it was made and dispatched 2 weeks ago, however I've had no indication that it was dispatched from the delivery company.
Here's hoping...
