Simple Question: should I buy a Gibson Thunderbird?

Should I or not?

I played it, Liked the way it played.
I'm used to Jazzes and P's
I'm only 5'8'' 155lbs, not that its heavy at all, its actually really light. but that thing is a big as me and it'd probably look a little goofy. last person I saw play one was 6'5''.
I can get an incredible deal on it.

anyone like these? dispise these?
thoughts?

I've said it before, they're a wonderful addiction.....................I won't play anything else :)
Buy it!

i have the cash... i'm just trying to figure out how bad i need to have 3 basses and out 900 bucks.

You only have 2 basses now?? And you call yourself a bassist?? Shame!!!! ;)
I'd say, honestly, if it adds something you feel you "need", then buy it. But, regardless of how good a deal it is, if you don't need it, don't buy it.

(Don't ask me about that Hoppus I just bought and put back together though)
