Single effects.. what do I need?

Anyway, now that I got the CS-3... should I keep it, or try to sell it? I know this may sound silly, but...

Cause I've been told that I'd better get an aphex punch factory or EBS multicomp, and that the CS-3 works better with guitars.

I know I should have tried it, but I'm away for a while, and my bass or my pedals are at home... So I can't really decide myself if it is good or not

I love the depth chorus and reverb add. I used to run phase and flange all over the place, but the more I've played, the more I love the natural sound....

HA! Natural?! You just let-loose with your CEB-3 chorus knob settings over in the nearby 'CEB' thread...

*L* depth at 11'oclock is less than half-way up... it's not all that prevalent in my sound... *L* I'll have to make a sound sample...

The filter doesn't add any low-end... If I have it anywhere less than max, it sounds odd *L*
