Peavey used to, not sure if its made anymore. SoundTech has one, but the fan is really noisy. Stewart 1.2 is supposedly good, but it depends on your definition of "serious power." Tons of threads on this topic already, just do a search. Good luck!
500 watts should be fine. The more the better though! I've got an aggie 410 that I use with my electric and would like to be able to pump the upright through there for big gigs.
