Good for me as well. Might want to check your computer. Malwarebytes does a great job and is freeIs anyone else having trouble getting to the Sire USA site? I just get a blank page and a warning that a malicious javascript has been blocked - looks to me like they've been hacked.

Edit: FWIW, the Sire global page is just fine, but if I select the US site from there, same problem. Maybe it's a DHCP caching problem or something, tried refreshing everything, still no luck.
Update: Sent Mickey an email, just in case there's something wrong on that end.

I just ordered a V7 5 string after hearing about Sire bc I was looking to replace my 2001 American Jazz Bass. I thought since there was not much negativity about Sire id give it a shot. I own a 74 4 string but I'm a gospel player and focused on 5strings. Can't wait to get the bass.
Can someone list the differences between the V7 and V7 Vintage? Are the pickups spaced 70s style. For the price I'll probably get a vintage in a few months as a backup.

Bizarre, I still can't get through. The problem must be on my end, don't know what though, tried everything I could think of.
Got through on my phone, enough to see that the blue M7 5 is still out of stock.
I can get through if I use a proxy, weird. I flushed my DNS cache, I'm guessing my ISP's server DNS is bad though.
Edit: All good this morning, who knows, must've been the ISP.

Has anyone else noticed that under the fretless / left handed page, there's a fretless M7 preorder option?? Last time I asked, they said they had no plans, glad I found that, because that's what I'm really GASsing for!
On June 19 I ordered a V7 5-string, swamp ash in sunburst. I'm still waiting on that magic email with a tracking number! I know they had some recent delays with importing swamp ash. What have been some of your wait times, especially those who have ordered something from Sire more recently?
Haven't bought one myself, but watched this thread from the beginning, normal wait time seems to be 6 weeks +
hello all. I just came back from seeing marcus tonight in montreal. All i can say is wow wow wow. Before i get to the sire i want to say that this man is a genius, a gifted musician, he makes playing look simple.
Now, to the v7. He played it for about 3 quarters of the show and i gotta say it sounded amazing. Everything about it was perfect. I found his fender had more bite on the low side, but the v7 excelled on the mids, and in slap.
This man is a bass god, and to see him play the v7 for most of the show makes me glad i chose this bass.

I am going to see Marcus Miller Aug 9th in Chicago. You're right, he sure does make it look easy. Looking forward to seeing him and perhaps his Sire as well.

Did you get a reply email back from from Sire. I didn't.
I did get an auto-confirmation order accepted, receipt & order number. I emailed Mickey about it, just to thank him / them for offering the M7 fretless (last time I asked, wasn't in the plan), haven't heard back yet though.
Strange I'll email him and ask. My card got charged but never got an email. Can you post the email address for Mickey.
I'm going to order a M7 once I get my V7. After hearing them this morning and seeing the versatility it will be a great studio bass to replace my SB5000.
PMed the email address I have for him. I would definitely verify with them, you should have gotten an email receipt at least. But if you were charged, pretty sure you're good, just a good idea to double check to make sure.
My V7 Vintage has been shipped and is estimated to arrive next Tuesday!
