VT1040 what??? lol
A while ago I bought the VT1040 from a local music store for $60. I have been using it for a while and have done weekly practices for several months and 4 live shows with it. I sing lead on 2 songs and backing on several. The lead singer uses an SM58. His mic is prone to feedback. We can even set mine a good bit louder and I never have to worry about feedback. His could feedback if touched wrong, too close, facing a bad direction, etc. I see a difference in spec is the frequency range is higher on the SM58 up to like 18K where mine is 15K. Also his has a lower starting point of 50HZ where mine is 80HZ. Is this the reason mine doesn't feedback as easily?
