Small, budget mixer/headphone amp?

I'm looking for something that can serve two functions and I haven't found anything that checks every box.

1. Input two 1/4" instrument inputs and send them to a single 1/4" out. This would let me run two guitars into a single amplifier (at low volume of course) when teaching.
2. Two inputs, ideally 1/8" headphone, and send them to a single headphone out, ideally with some mixing. I want to run my phone and my keyboard into a single headphone channel so I can practice playing along to music without waking the neighbors.

Other features:
3. Small, preferably able to sit on my music stand without needing it's own table like most small mixers.
4. Battery powered or rechargeable is ideal, since outlets are limited and my cats are attracted to floor cables.
5. Not too expensive (ideally under $50.) A cheap Temu brand would be fantastic.

This little unit comes close, if it only had 1/4" instrument inputs:

Temu has all sorts of little desktop mixers for podcasting/streaming that are really close, too, but I haven't found any with two 1/4" inputs. Here's an example but there are many like this:

This Joyo unit seems perfect, but it's way too expensive for what I need to do:

Do you know of anything that would fit the bill?

Thanks!

I've been very happy with this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08393DLGV?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_6 This thing is solid. Metal case.

with this Amazon.com: Kxable 6.35mm (1/4 inch) Male to 3.5mm (1/8 inch) Female Stereo Headphone Adapter Audio Jack : Electronics

I'm assuming your #1 and #2 needs listed are being done independently.

Have one of these Moukey Mini Audio Mixers for a keyboard sub-mixer. It's cheap and does what it says. Small, can power with USB, works fine with the right adapters. Mostly low enough noise, have used it on low stakes gigs. Did have a back up method, did not have to use it.

If you just get a 1/8" inch to dual RCA cord plus rca to 1/4" adapter, almost any little mixer could do what you want.

you wouldn't even need the RCA to 1/4" in most instances, but you should have them in your tool box anyway.

1/8" jacks are a horror, and not on pro gear. always adapt to a better plug ASAP.
