Their CMD 103H looks potentially interesting. However, availability, auditionability and a bunch of other practical things aren't really working in their favor.

Unless you can or want to spend for something like the Eden CXC110 or the Mesa Walkabout Scout combo -- both of which are great -- you won't go wrong with the Roland Cube 100. IMO it blows away the new Fender 1x12 combo and the comparable SWR 1x12 combos. I think it compares favorably with the G-K MB150 as well, and it's much less expensive. It's also compact, which you mentioned as a priority. I've never tried Markbass, but they sure look appealing from the specs and reviews. The new Carvin BRX 112 combo looks impressive too, and Carvin usually offers good value.

I read a little about the cube 100 and they look very interesthing.
I should receive my new bass in about a week and a half. I will go downtown and look what they have in stock. I asked here before because they usualy don't have many combo in stock and the salesman are very bad.

Well under US$1000, at around $400 is the Ashdown MAG 300 115 combo. I picked one up recently after weighing many of the same needs vs. features that you seem to be.

It's small, compact, relatively light at about 55 pounds (25kg). 300 watt amp drives a blueline 15" speaker that has an surprising amount of high end sparkle for a 15" combo w/ no tweeter, with plenty of headroom to add a cab later on, but honestly, this thing kicks pretty well enough on its own. The EQ is simple and can dial in a lot of sounds and it includes an octave effect that, in my opinion, is better than most of the bundled effects that come with amps in this price range.

It's all preference, of course. But if you have a chance, check out an Ashdown.
