Smoking outside is the best cure. Smokers in my ranch outside please! 
Had a white Ric back in the 70's. It was yellow when I got rid of it (like a dumb@$$). Years of smokin' and playing in bars. Those were the days. 16 yrs old, playing in bars and havin' a grand ol time.
Cig burns on the headstock where we would stick our lit cig between the string and the headstock. Nothing like dropping a cig out of your mouth between your axe and your belly in the middle of a solo. AAARG!
