So... no threads on the Wii yet?

The Wii is the most fun I've had playing a game in a LONG time. I picked up Excite Truck, RedSteel, and Zelda, but so far, we've spent the most time playing Wii Sports. My friends and I will probably be buying a few more games over the next few weeks, but I'm most excited for the newest Mario Kart.

I'll probably be picking one up sometime after Christmas. Nintendo always seems to think outside the box when designing a new console. Sometimes the ideas stick (NES) and sometimes they don't (Virtual Boy). But, overall they have some good things going for them. Not to mention the classic games that you can download to the Wii for a small fee! A small Wii fee......a small Wii.....and a.....er, um....nevermind.

I played the Wii at the gamestop in the mall. It was so awesome! I played some off road racing game.

These 13 year olds tried to cut in front of me and my friends in line. Little did they know they needed to hand out an ID to get the controler. HA, shows those kids to cut!

I saw PS3 also. It looked lame. I'll take game play over graphics any day.

The Wii is pretty much the worst thing to happen to my GPA since beer. I've been playing wii sports nonstop the last few days. I can't remember ever having this much fun on a console. I've got zelda too, but Wii sports owns my soul.

I don't know if you are a fan of bowling, but if you have played the bowling on it, how is it? I couldn't really tell from the commercials or videos if it was realistic or a hokey. I look foward to playing that.

I've had my Wii for a week now, and it is definitely the most fun I've ever had with a game console. Out of Wii Sports, ExciteTruck, Red Steel, Zelda, and Rampage, the sports is probably getting the most play time. It's almost more fun to watch two people play the boxing game than to actually play it. The bowling and tennis are my favorite two on Wii Sports.

When are you going to bring the Wii over here so we can play it on the 92" screen? :D

Video games are the mortal enemy of homework.

You wouldn't believe this BS assignment I have do tomorrow for my hippie energy and societ class. Its just dumb and takes up time, but takes little thought. I wonder if I could do it in the dark?

Why not write it on the margins of old newspapers using charcoal? Certainly your hippie professor would understand the depth of your commitment . . .

It is quite cool. You have to aim your roll before hand using the pad, but after that it is all motion control. Speed, release point and the spin of the ball are all controlled through your motion. The spin control is quite sensitive and realistic.

I'm also a big fan of the tennis where you can put some wicked spin on the ball with the right motion.
