I say black. I think it would look great with the blue, and match with the binding and blocks on the neck.

Gold everything!

I met a guy with gold everything and surprisingly it looked good. Done wrong, gold can be so tacky (gold bathroom fittings lack the class their purchasers aspire to). This was a sunburst Jazz but not too dark round the edges so it avoided that black and gold look.

Painter is a real great guy to work with, lead time was 3 weeks, prices are very fair , i will be posting some other bodies and head stocks he is doing for me, nothing fancy, sea foam green Pearl, artic white, mystic sea green.

Are you going with a black pickguard? I voted chrome but in that case I'd say go all black!
