Nothing music related for me. Had my family around me and my dogs who are all getting old so I was just thankful they have been with us for Christmas. I’ve had some nice gifts including a watch I’ve wanted for years but having a nice, peaceful family day with no drama has been the best gift of all.

No bass related stuff this year, which is fine, but I got a bigger box with 10 smaller packages inside and a quiz which went with each, seeing if I remembered a bunch of musical events during our relationship. So I got CDs and vinyl for Gov't Mule, Todd Rundgren, Blackberry Smoke, Tull, Yes,. Lettuce, and RDGLDGRN, among others. The best gift this Christmas!

From Mrs.Fingers I got third row seats to Victor Wooten Trio at Duke Energy Center in Durham NC March 30th. We always get a room about 500 yards away and make an overnighter out of it. Should be fun. I haven't spoken to Vic in over 15 years. The chance to meet Denis Chambers is pretty exciting too.
