Anyway, the almost begged me to get a PhD, but I'm going to do another year to get a teachers degree. I'd like to focus on teaching Dutch to immigrants and stuff like that.

I'm a geologist/geophysicist by training but I'm now a Director of a stock exchange (ASX) listed mineral exploration/mining company. Less rocks, more compliance, governance, auditors and sensitivity to metal prices. Limited scope for sarcasm.

I build databases to host millions of customer records and do all sorts of things and I find this very exciting and it makes me go to work with a smile.
