Granted there are other potential causes but being fat sure seems to be the common denominator in the waiting rooms I see.Obesity is one possible cause of sleep apnea, but there are others.
I have had a CPAP machine for several years now. I was so whacked out from not sleeping properly that it affected work and family life. I fought with it for quite a while but now when the mask goes on, it's nitey-nite time.
