Solid state amp won't turn on

i was given a kasino u-200-2 solid state bass amp from my teacher because he didn't need it, but it doesn't turn on. I'll be able to check everything out tomorrow but just wanted some ideas for what it may be and what to look for.

well it is from 1979 at the latest, so that wouldn't surprise me because he is kind of a prick hahah

Seriously, as a traveling technician, I have had to learn to check the dumb stuff first. You won't believe how many times I have driven 50 on a service call to fix a machine that "won't turn on" only to find a tripped breaker or GFI.

I plugged it in there and it didnt turn on, those specific breakers may have popped though because no one uses them
