Solo pieces for bass guitar, beginner or intermediate or advanced

Hello,
I've been teaching bass guitar at a music school for quite a few years already. With most of my students, time comes where they would benefit from learning a nice solo piece (solo or accompanied), where they could try out standing on their own before an audience, and also more complex musical concepts like dynamics, harmonics etc. I am short on good repertoire though. So far, I had a success with:
- Pink panther theme
- Pastorius: Amerika
- Pastorius: Portrait of Tracy
- Wooten: Amazing Grace
All of these are on the advanced side of my students abilities. I also tried rewriting classical pieces in the style of 'Bach for bass guitar' books (like this, if you are interested), but these are either too demanding or too boring for most students.

I would benefit most from begginer to intermediate pieces that a 10 year old can enjoy learning, but anything is welcome. If you have some tips, please put them in. Thank you very much!

I started out my musical journey as a trombone player in school band, so when it came time to play solo pieces on electric bass, I naturally gravitated toward the trombone études. I found them to be challenging, and not always in a key I was real familiar with back then.
