Alrighty, finally back on sale! Know there has been a few people asking for them so thought I'd make a big announcement, or forum post.

Bump. I know it's relative to the Humster more than the Animated, but a few people have asked about it so I'll be working on that because the demand is there, which is odd considering the lack of sound clips. Just think a gated, square-ish overdrive. Blends well but sits nicely on its own too.
I've decided to implement the mods that boomertech suggested. The (2x2 anti-parallel) diodes over the op-amp is an amazing sound, could easily knock another pedal off my board. Going to try the Pro-co style one later today before working on the boards.
Also just currently bouncing this design around with my graphic designer friend (who will probably tell me a thousand things I can improve on), moving forward and all. (This is a photoshop effort done by a very rushed me)
EDIT: So far I am using an OP-07 chip on my test bench, I'll likely try the LM308 too but the results are quite nice. I have a BC550 for the transistor too, no issues.

I love the design. So this is a clone of a pedal Chris used on defector?Bump. Thank you! For the current pedals, they will remain side mounted jacks, basically due to the physical constraints of the components I use, board mounted components, plus the enclosure itself all being the main restrictions at this time. This isn't going to be big enough design wise to warrant new enclosures and new packaging. However, the other project I've been working on for the past half a year (my original design), will have them on top, they'll be in something similar size to say, a Chase Bliss pedal, where it sits a bit deeper and is a touch wider.Looks good... what are the chances of moving your future designs to top mount jacks rather than side mount?
Yep, not sure if only used live, but definitely.I love the design. So this is a clone of a pedal Chris used on defector?
Thank you. Trying to push this one a bit design wise. That graphic design is beautiful!
Very cool! Based on your description I wonder if that’s what he used on pressure. It sounds like a really gated overdrive instead of fuzz.Thank you!
