Someone please help me decide what this thread should be about.

I actually prefer this thread to the other ones in the recent outbreak of summertime navel-gazing.

it should be about something, or another, maybe one thing, or two, but definitely not everything.
Once you've got your tort on you P with flats, your pickup height is within a 1mm tolerance, frets are leveled, bridge saddles are adjusted correctly, understand the use of proper gain structure, can tell the difference between a phaser and a flanger, and can do basic math to know if your amp can go down to 2ohms...you are good.

Not complete. We have yet to discuss gig bags vs hard shell cases.

I know what bass to buy when I need one. I know what artist to appreciate based on how I perceive them. I know how many cabs and pedals I need when I need them. Ive got nothing to ask of anyone except what this thread should be about.
What should I wear at my next gig?
It’s not until December 2019, so I have plenty of time to decide.
