Something that really makes me MAD

My vast research on internet forums has reached the conclusion that 10 times more people can type than can actually read. How is this possible?

On the other hand, I am the Typo King - I can mistype anything!

Look, you keep thinking of watts as volume. 400 vs. 600 watts or whatever into the combo's own speaker isn't really enough of a difference to matter. If you want louder, you add more speaker surface area. For a solid state amplifier, this also (usually) increases the wattage output, which helps a bit.

They're not being dishonest when they sell a combo that puts out more power if you add an extension speaker. The ability to add another speaker to a combo is actually a useful feature.
