Sorry, it doesn't fly. The Russian Judge explains: "Nyet, that is not legitimate play because it is not contiguous word. If portion of previous play used for new play is actually word it is OK. Splitting off of individual letters or groups of letters that themselves are not word is not legitimate play. If Coa or l was word it would be fine but they are not. While "COA" is acronym it is not itself word."
