I can’t believe I didn’t think of this one yesterday. I think they literally found Peel stoned and stumbling around Washington Square Park with a guitar, and stuck a microphone in front of him. I used to play this album on my college radio show. The parts that didn’t violate FCC regulations, anyway, which was most of it.
