Songs For Halloween

Wow! I didn't know anyone else knew who Gentle Giant was. That is a great album and song. In the 70s while everyone else was listening to the Stones or Zepplin. I was into Gentle Giant. Saw them live in L.A. and it was amazing. A great band with multi-talented musicians. I still have their albums (on vinyl) from back then.:bassist:

There are many Gentle Giant aficionados here on Talk Bass.

I first saw them as a replacement opening act for Humble Pie in 1973 and I was blown away and immediately a long time fan. They opened with the "Advent Of Panurge" and I never heard anything quite like it before or since.

Lots of these have been covered but here's a heck of a list:

Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon
Witchy Woman - Eagles
Season of the Witch - Super Sessions Version
I put a Spell on You, Bad Moon Rising - CCR
Sympathy For The Devil - Stones
Psycho Killer - Talking Heads
Evil Woman - ELO
Dry Bones - Delta Rhythm Boys
The Munsters Theme
Superstition - Stevie Wonder
Addams Family Theme
Dark Night - The Blisters
Devil Inside - INXS
Put Your Light On - Everlast/Santana
Black Widow - Cooper
Murder by Numbers - Police
Black Magic Woman - Fleetwood Mac

Probly some duplications in there, but hopefully a gem or 2 that got overlooked.
