I just checked on this one - I'm sticking with one toke over the line as the correct lyrics.


Here's another. When I was a kid I thought Another Brick in the Wall part 2 contained the line: No Dukes of Hazard, in the classroom...

There was a stand-up comic who used to do a whole bit based on this. I saw him on the MTV Half-hour Comedy Hour WAY backinna' day...he was pretty funny. His best one was Steve Miller's "Bingo Jet Had a Light On".

I always thought Bruce Springsteen's "Born In The USA" contained the lyric "I'm a long dong Daddy in the USA".

Well then. Ahem. Don't try to read anything into that.

The actual lyric is "I'm a long gone Daddy in the USA".
