I agree that the tracking seems more stable. In practical terms it is a good thing, but it makes me wonder why it is different. Not that I'm complaining but I have gotten used to and come to expect a strobe tuner to track the overtones at the beginning of the envelope and settle towards the fundamental over time. This new one seems to get right down to business, perhaps there is some filtering before the strobe tuner detects the note?
Where did you buy it?I absolutely love my mini ST-300. It's just fantastic and so, so fast. My B string is quite pleased. I sorta wish it had the power jack on the side, but that is a trifling concern.
