sound interferance through cabinet

I am running a 4x10 _ 1x15 Ashdown stack.I am getting a sound/interferance like tuning an old valve radio thru the 4x10 cab when i turn the amp on and adjust the output and some of the other knobs.
Any suggestions I have an ABM EVO head (brand new) so assume? it is not this
Thanks in advance

You might also check all your connections, including inside the plugs (and inside your BG's control cavity, including the jack contacts and ring) for corrosion. The speaker cables, too. Also I assume you're not using el-cheapo brand cables anywhere. Final check would be your electrical outlet -- check for good ground at the outlet itself.

Do you get the radio when:

1. Nothing's plugged into the input?
2. A cable's plugged in but the instrument end is NOT plugged in?
3. A cable's plugged in and the instrument end's plugged in?

If it's a passive bass, does the radio volume vary with the bass's volume control?
