My sound post recently cracked and I was wondering around how much it would cost to repair or replace it.

Sam, never heard of that. Assuming there's no damage to the bass a new soundpost is probably around $50 most places. You should fill out your profile and tell us where you are for a luthier recommendation.

You don't have anything listed in your profile, but if you have a Kay bass, the soundpost will have a slit for a soundpost setting tool.

Maybe the 'crack' was recently noticed.
